Invoice sheet
One block per operator, lines in the same order as the QuickBooks invoice (date · ticket # · qty · item · amount). Rates come from the Lists tab; blank rate means the office prices it.
Frac tank board
Set / move / pick-up tickets from the drivers move tanks on this board automatically. Days on site count from the set date.

Each driver gets their own login and sees only the tickets they wrote. Office logins see everything. The driver name links a login to the name on the tickets.
